Hot Planet Cool Athletes is an in-school assembly program that utilizes multi-media and professional athletes to teach teenagers about climate science and why they should care.  The 45 minute assembly aims to educate teens on climate change and climate science and empower the next generation of environmental leaders.  By bringing professional athletes into schools to talk about their experiences in the outdoors and climate science in personal and engaging ways, teens can learn about what is at stake with climate change.

To teach teens about climate change and climate science, get them engaged in discussions about global climate change, and to demonstrate why they should care about the environment in an engaging and informational climate science assembly.
