March for Our Lives
The March for Our Lives was a student-led nationwide protest to end the gun violence epidemic. The event was led by Never Again, a group created by students at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. Everytown for Gun Safety and Giffords Courage supported students who organized marches. Durham County Jail
On December 11th, 2017, Inside-Outside Alliance (IOA) sent surveys in to every detainee in the Durham jail for over 30 days asking them questions about their concerns in the Jail and what they’d like to see IOA do about it.
