Newtown Action Alliance

Newtown Action Alliance is a national grassroots organization created after the the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School on December 14, 2012. Through all-volunteer activism and advocacy, NAA hopes to transform their tragedy into meaningful action to end the gun violence epidemic. NAA pushes for passing common sense gun safety legislation at the local, state, and federal levels. 

North Carolinians Against Gun Violence

North Carolinians Against Gun Violence is a non-profit organization created 25 years ago following the death of a jogger who was shot and killed in Chapel Hill, NC. The group educates families and schools on gun safety procedures and gun violence prevention. Direct involvement with community leaders and public officials helps spread the message and gain involvement across the state.
